Good. Perfect for short stay.

Bed comfortable, room good size. Clean but floors were sticky, not sure why.

The hotel was nice. Location was nice.

The Internet was the worst. Internet was needed to place reservations for food and activities. The language barrier was bad because it was hard for them to communicate what you needed to do for the all inclusive. The only other hotel we could use the all inclusive was the royal Solaris next door. That's where we had to use our phones before going back to Caribe. If you have medicine issues lifting your legs let them know because the tube shower was high to step in. The room walls was thin. Had to hear the guest next door snoring all weekend.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Clean, beautiful pools and beach, almost all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Had read mixed reviews about the food. We absolutely loved the food!

Elevators didn’t work properly. Hard to walk up the steps when already tired, with a toddler. Restaurant (dinner that didn’t require reservation) was very warm two evenings.

We also did not like that we could not get wi fi in our room and had tô use the Wi-Fi in common áreas such as the lobby... it would be great for the hotel tô fix this issue

Easy and comfortable, pretty and tidy, away from the chaos of the hotel strip, welcoming setting.

Property was clean and comfortable. Pool area was pretty with hot tubs toward the beach. Pretty courtyards. Rooms were tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Easy to grab chaises on the beach or at the pool. Staff on the grounds and in the halls and hotel were super friendly and service-oriented. Not overly busy. Very fun new years party with dancing, music, blended drinks, and champagne

Hard to make dinner reservations. Wifi is poor. Concierge did try to up-sell us on outings and activities. 24-hr room service was limited menu and not super good.

Plenty of activities to enjoy in a great part of Cancun with limited vegetarian options.

Beautiful location. Well-maintained pool and entertainment areas. Helpful staff. Plenty of activities. Ample food and drinks available.

We had no working wi-fi in our room so we had to sit outside in the hall or in the public areas to connect. When I booked the hotel I requested a large double bed with a lagoon view and added notified that this was our honeymoon. When we arrived we found we were provided with two single beds and if we wanted a large bed the only option was a downgraded room with obstructed view. There was nothing special added to our hotel stay even though the booking had requested we added this information for consideration. Also, the food options were severely lacking for vegetarians/vegans/ or other dietary requirements. We chose to dine at Marco Polo one evening and the only option we could eat that was vegetarian was the fish dish with no fish but requested that the chef be allowed creative license if there was anything better they could provide us, but it was exactly the remaining vegetables with a sauce on top.

Bogavante Restaurant our favorite! Burgers and fries at the Snack Bar "best burgers in town".

Worst plastic glasses ever and then they are re-used "HORRIBLE".

Great location, good food, nice entertainment

The room was lovely and big. We had a nice view of the ocean. It was very clean.

The reception staff was hit and miss. One day I got excellent customer service the next was not the greatest, I suspect sue to lack of English. But still left satisfied.

Food is fairly good, especially breakfast and snack bar. Dinner at the restaurant was very nice too. We got suggested to have a dinner at the neighbour hotel, since you can use those facilities too, but that was not that good. Pool area very clean, pool staff very kind and helpful, great service. Overall, an average experience for an all-inclusive hotel.

The water supply system in the room was horrible. It made drilling sounds out of the blue for at least once in an hour during the night! There is no communication between hotel staff. We were not given half of the stuff during the check-in, the check out procedure wasn't done correctly either. We left our luggage for storage after we checked out until the evening. Once we arrived, it took us proper half an hour to retrieve our luggage, because staff did know nothing about it and just kept sending us to different locations (from check-in to security, from security to bell boy, then back to check-in). It felt like as long as you're not checking in, any other requests annoyed the staff to the utmost level.

Wonderful

The breakfast was really nice. Along with that, the beach side/ pool side bar was too good as well.

The wifi during our stay was not really working in the beginning but after calling the technical department, we figured it out.

Stay at GR Caribe Solaris

Loved the staff as they were very friendly and accommodating. Loved the Spa experience. Thank you Victoria. I should've booked 80 mins instead of 50. It was in a safe location and not far from nightlife if that's what you wanted. Airport shuttle was on time, friendly drivers and air-conditioned. There were nice shows at the resort with great dancing. You will never be hungry and can get dinner food anytime of the day.

Made the mistake of booking during Spring break so no real pool time or the ability to lounge unless you grabbed a seat by 7am. No fault of hotel though. The bed was way too hard with only 2 pillows. You had to make reservations to eat dinner at all but 1 of the restaurants but they were not full. Booked excursions but what you were getting was not explained to you in full so some disappointment there. However, enjoyed the one we got with Atv, ziplining and horseback riding. Had no wifi in room first 3 nights but miraculously came on strong last 2 days. 2nd day there you get roped in for a 90 minute presentation which ends up being most of the day to sell you "time share".
